About This Project

In order to support its aggressive sustainability goals, UCSF provides education and resources to the campus community to help foster sustainable behavior. In an effort to improve the campus’ waste diversion rate, UCSF created an instructional video for existing and incoming students, faculty, and staff designed to inspire the placement of discarded materials into the proper containers.

UCSF contracted with Green Evolution to support the development of the instructional video, “The Right Bin”. Green Evolution drafted the initial script and participated in the editing process to finalize the script. Green Evolution also supported the project development process, soliciting bids from video production companies and providing feedback during the creative process. David Siddiqui appears in the video as the on-screen narrator in his role of Environmental Educator.

Testimonial

“David is a pleasure to work with. He understands the big picture completely and has a unique ability to break information down into precise wording that can be understood by people at all levels of environmental comprehension. He invites the participant/client/audience to truly take in information that is not necessarily in their usual frame of reference. His communications abilities serve to bring both novice and subject experts to the next level.”
