About This Project

Green Evolution has provided building analysis and related services for Advanced Home Energy. As one of the leading home performance contractors in northern California and with the growth of the Energy Upgrade California program, Advanced Home Energy was experiencing high demand for its services. However, with a relatively new and volatile market, it was unclear how persistent this growth would be. With the training, experience, and equipment necessary to provide a turnkey solution, Green Evolution allowed Advanced Home Energy to meet surges in demand as necessary without having to commit to staffing increases that market conditions might not be able to sustain.

Green Evolution handled energy upgrade customers on behalf of Advanced Home Energy, providing a variety of services including generating leads, conducting professional-grade energy assessments, building software models, generating scopes of work, selling contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and training employees. As part of this project, Green Evolution maintained a conversion rate over 60%.

Green Evolution has worked with home performance contractors across the San Francisco Bay Area in this manner.
